Because I surf alot, I need to eat something for breakfast that is not heavy but at the same time will me up. This spread is very easy to make and can be eaten on a peice of toast or crackers which works great for me. For those of you who are on a health kick or if you are dieting you are gonna really want to try this out.
I will make up about 8oz of spread and put it in a tupperware and just use it up in 2 days. You are gonna want to get your acai berries and blend it up into a paste (if you are not really big on acai berries then I suggest you mix 50/50 acai w/ your favorite berries strawberries, blueberries, ect. I suggest you not use blackberries though I have found that it may not agree w/ your stomach and thats not something you want to have happen when you leave the house in the morning.
You can either get a slice of toast or crackers spread a layer of peanutbutter on it then a dollop of the fruit spread on top of that. This will really give you the energy kick you are looking for in the morning and is not only healthy but is also got alot of great vitamins, it is an anti-oxidant and fat burning. Go ahead give it try and remember "you are what you eat"..

I buy em from a health food store in hawaii but the caps are becoming very popular too (although I never tried it that way). I would check w/ the health food store in your area especially a store that sells ethnic foods or fruits. Hope this helps..
