It is dish from Montreal. It is basically French fries covered in gravy and some cheese curd thrown on top. Its bloody delicious.

It&#x27;s definitely a great hangover killer. You can also get it with it including sausage, steak, chicken etc.It&#x27;s great bar food to pick at while you&#x27;re trying to drink away a hangover, or working on getting a new one.

yep, the hot gravy is to melt the cheese curds, man its too good.

i like coleslaw but yeah they put almost everything on it, some restaurants in quebec have 100 types of poutine. i never went in that place, but to me the best are those places off the highway where they sell veggies and stuff,the places are called casse-croute well some have fresh cheese curds like almost like right off the cow,, some other poutines can taste like cheese wizz if its processed cheese curds at some bad fast food places.
