correct and systematic weight loss isn't a quick process. the most important thing is daily routine and proper nutrition but just not diet or starvation. quality sleep, proper nutrition and sports - give great results. and it has to become your way of life and not a certain stage :)

I was expecting a long text about possible health effects, but definitely not "start smoking." Although many people I know did, and they did lose weight. But not for long. It's best to give your body what it needs, drink enough water, watch your sugar, add activity.
