You might get really sick and will get very sore from putting yourself in a state of over training.

Your reps are way too high, shock both muscle groups with different rep schemmes and angles. overtrained an non responsive for sure as coin said. Point here is isport, just start anything brother. Don't even think about it at all. A week from now you'll be addicted to working out and you're on your way to being large and in charge.
Btw...up downs or burpies are aesome. I do as many as I can in 60 seconds in front of a clock x 4 as finisher after weights.. your lungs will burn hard.
