i have high blood pressure, and i found out that cutting out the salt helped a whole lot. i can&#x27;t believe all of the health studies that i read anymore, but the article was still interesting.

2169----yeah sodium is horrible for ones blood pressure. But I am blown away on how to avoid it that much i mean any thing in the fridge, preserved in any way, fast food....its all loaded with sodium...seems like it is IMPOSSIBLE TO AVOID!!!

i didn&#x27;t mean i cut out the sodium from my diet, but i cut back a lot on my sodium intake by not adding it to my meals.

Cut out the table salt and substitute it w/ mineral salt. Tastes the same w/ less negative effects.  Also, fish oil softgels help lower blood pressure.

I&#x27;m fortunate, but I never reach for the salt shaker.Makes about as much sense as me not ever smoking.I&#x27;m a perfect typecast for both....Big pepper fan though.

im a sucker for salt....not table salt i dont put any on cause ive got a sickness for needing doritos pizza donairs wings etc etc

may start eating bananas non stop now.....ill get back to you guys in 50 years and see if it was worth it

Banana a day is good, but if you&#x27;re looking to bring the Potassium-Sodium ratio to normal levels quickly, there&#x27;s potassium supplements from Costco.
