What is a list of protein that you can eat for meals and carbs to avoid.
I eat Raisan Bran in the morning is that a no no. What about milk?
I am looking to radically change my diet to take out the carbs and sugar and put in the protein and everything.
Can anyone give me a list of things to eat and things to avoid. I am basically looking to lose the gut aka stomach. I dont drink at all so that helps. I also drink a lot of water and don't drink any soda. Any help would be appreciated. I am looking for what to eat in the morning and dinner some snacks to eat during the day.
