Ok so i've been taking Pre-Work out supps for about 2 years now......
Before anybody criticizes who may be anti-workout supps i take them because i suffer from sleep debt from being an insomniac & the supps help me to not only get that needed energy to work out but also helps me to push myself hard especially for days after a poor nights sleep.
When i first started taking them i cld tolerate the after affects like the physical crash & the emotional affects like guilt & anxiety. But it's gotten to that point now that the emotional after-affects becomes almost too much for me. The guilt & anxiety that last for several hrs is just horrible.
A friend who also takes supps told me to eat chocolate after working out & it did help some what but not entirely. Do you guys have this same problem? if so any tips in alleviating the emotional affects or tips in a quicker recovery from the affects?
Just to let you know what i take:
-Jack3d -Muscle Pharm Assault. -Craze
I was recommended x-fit trainer because it was regarded as one of the more cleaner supps. I have less emotional affects from this product but i find it 's weaker than the products above.

I was taking more than the recommended dosage because my body learnt to tolerate the supps but currently i have lessen the portions IF i decide to take the 3 listed above which is rare recently. But i play league basketball Saturdays & play for two teams so i take 2 supps before each game and last night (we are a day ahead down here in Australia) i felt absolutely horrible & even still feeling the effects as i type (12pm Sunday Afternoon).
Anybody want to share their story and tips if they experience the same thing i would much appreciate it.
