Any one else having trouble changing to new site here in Ontario. I filled out all their questions this morning got an error message and now cant log in. My son is on no problem, says its crap but at least hes able to log in.

cashed out 130k 4 months ago, mysteriously 2 weeks later-ish, I tried logging in and my details were incorrect. weird right? hopped on live chat and tried to figure out whats happening and the live rep stated she personally couldnt find out why on her end and she had to escalate the case to her supervisors for an explanation. its been almost 4 months and noone has reached out to me nor have I received a valid response to why my account was closed. want to know the funnier part? I’ve been with bet365 since 2013 and never withdrew anything over 50k due to tax regulations except this past January due to store renovations. long story short, just another sportsbook cutting you off for no reason. I heard stories about it but never thought it will happen to me, what a complete joke.
anyways, my younger cousin is currently having issues related to yours. Im assuming you are using an iphone and either vpn/icloud country region or privacy/location toggles aren’t configured right? double check location and privacy and app store country/region and such. I tried filling out the forms on my end and nothing, he tried the same and his error message states ‘app not available in your region’ it is probably linked to your region regarding icloud/app store. Unless you are using an android phone then I am unsure sir. not much help but try looking into other sites like the score bet app or stake (crypto).

im having same problem buddy, entered in accordingly but error message recieved when submitted. Now it won't recognize my username or email. I waited 3 hours with online chat for them to tell me that they are aware some users are having issues with their accounts and that they are looking to fix it asap but to remain in limbo while this is happening.
My old man has an account and everything went accordingly to how bet365 set it up, he even got his $250 bonus on a $10 deposit.
My wife has an account as well and although she recieved an error message after filling out the info, when she talked to online help they reset her account and she was able to login to her account
but she is being told that she hasn't proven her identity yet and so the money she had in her acct yesterday is no longer there!! she had to resubmit her identification but now she is waiting for it to be approved at which point she can go forward in trying to get her money back on her account!
As far as my account goes, I don't know what to do other than try talking with them again tmrw, I also sent an email to them explaining the situation which I haven't heard back from yet. It pisses me off but I don't blame bet365 for a second,
this is our sh** gov't with dictator Trudeau's doing, all in the while they're trying to censor the internet but hey let's not get into politics, all gov't is corrupted and as we can see is only get worse by the day all around the globe. Hope this helps!

I downloaded the geo app and it didn't make a difference. My account was originally created at bowmans international which later was bought by bet365 and so I think the older accounts are the one's having problems but doesn't matter anyway, its clear that some people are experiencing issues while others are having it go off without a hitch.

disagree, that's on the bettor and not the book. The future bettor should have done his homework or understood the grey area that bet365 has been operating In Ontario and made sure that any company he was placing his money was legit....which bet365 only as of today ARE. Cheers
