How is 5 Dimes Sportsbook in Costa Rica?

I am looking for some feedback on 5 dimes;  Has anyone had any experience with them?

5 Dimes has been around for a long time. I have bet there since 2005. Their cashout process is kind of lame ( you have to go through a phone call and email verification), but they pay. They also have lines on just about anything. 

The website is definitely dated, but overall, a very solid book.
