I joined bookmaker about 4 weeks ago and requested my first cash out from them last Wednesday. Had to fill out the normal CC info forms in order to process first cash out, got my money via WU on Friday which was very easy and hassle free. However, this weekend my card had 2 charges for 1$ from MBI-Probiller.com.
This company provides online billing services for various websites (majority porn sites). They told me it was a trial fee for an adult site and would be billed for monthly membership unless it was removed. She took them off and sent me an email confirmation, which didn't seem to be too hard of a process.
My biggest issue is that I never use this card in my day to day life, and only deposited with it as I was short on time and needed to fund my account. So now a few days after sending them all of my info it appears they have sold my card account. Has anyone had a similar experience?
I enjoy BKR and have read multiple posts of folks raving about their customer services, but this is a big issue to me.
