Horrible customer service. Horrible Deposits takes over 4 hours to get funds. Horrible bonus programs where they don't even give you a bonus somethings. Over this site has a lot of games to bet on but they pretty much suck. Also payout are slow. They say 48 hours more like 5 days.

they do eveything they can to slow down payout process so you can bet and lose before getting payout
i tried bitcoin withdrawal many times, they say at most 2 days. in 2 days time i place bet say i withdraw 500 when i place bet my current balance is 450 then i get mail saying you dont have enough funds payout cancelled
but for some reason whenever i keep 500 in my account for 3 4 days many times, didnt get bitcoin. ended up with no payout

Payouts take 5 days yes for a debit cards funds application method. Western union n money gram take 2-3 days. Here's the thing: you will never get stiffed by them they always will pay out, as long as YOU follow their rules and have ur documents updated and if u used a card to deposit u gotta update a form n sign it n scan it to them it's honestly really easy. Deposits don't take 4 hours so calm down w that overstatement. The only deposit method that takes a little bit is Amazon gift cards they take like two hours. Payouts w PayPal or Amazon are usually quickly same day and free.
It's funny you say slowest payout book have you ever tried sports book.ag???? They take 8 weeks earliest even for small payouts it's crazy. You imagine waiting 2-3 months. You gotta realize these ppl aren't able to just send you money , they have to launder this shit, it's illegal and they have to discreetly get you your funds without blowing their operation as well.
