I've always loved 5 dimes. Nothing but good things to say about them, and I've refferred friends to the site. Been with them for 6-7 years now.
About a week and a half ago I made a deposit using my VISA. It did not go through, and it showed up as "cancelled" in the history. So I then tried it again, for the same amount. It was successful. Problem is, I checked my bank account 4 days later and both charges hit my account. So I called my bank, got on 5 dimes chat, and after about 30 minutes they corrected their mistake and gave me the deposit I was already charged for. I then asked to be comped for my inconvenience, to which I was told no. I then asked for a manager, and had to hassle with them until they finally gave me credit for some promotion they are currently running. Fine. It was settled.
Tonight I made a deposit for $115. On the screen it said approved. My balance however did not reflect this. My bank account sure did, as it was missing the $115. I got on live chat and they insisted there was nothing they could do and that I had to send in an email with my bank statement attatched. So I did. Waited 30 minutes. Still no word and no money. I then made another deposit for $100 using the other processor on the site. This one had no issues. I wagered $50. I then forwarded my initial email to another one of their addresses, just in case. About 20 minutes later, my whole account is shutdown. I can't do anything.
I get on live chat and the person claims that the credit card department shut down the account, and they aren't available until 9AM the next day. Interesting. How can a department shut something down if they aren't available until the next day? I then ask for a manager. Oh there isn't one available. No managers available around the clock?
So basically as of now, my bank account is missing $115 and my 5dimes account is suspended. What a freaking joke.
I emailed them again. Live chat says that managers dont have direct email addresses, which is BS.
Getting very tiring with their mishaps.

This morning I wake up, account still suspended. No email or phone response from them. I log on to live chat. They transfer me over to Silvia. She confirms the charge went through, asks if I want it credited, credits it and then that is all. I ask for an explanation, she says she emailed and called me. I go back through my email, including spam, and there are no emails. No missed calls or voicemails on my phone. I asked her to forward her original email, which I'm still waiting on. I probably won't receive it.
She offered no apology and was rushing to get me off of chat.
Very disappointed with 5 dimes.
