I've just been trying to figure out how to do this. Anyone using 5dimes care to provide instructions? Seems like it would be great to use during the basketball season.
all you have to do is click on parlay make the picks you want for that night submit an amount then click the tab that says open spots so if you want to pick 2 games for a given night and want to do a 6 team parlay open up 4 spots they take teasers that way also.

Ok I have a couple of question about 5dimes since i'm thinking about transfering from my current book...
-do they offer live wagering for football, basketball, and hockey??? -are you able to do cross sport parlays (like parlay a NHL,NBA, and NCAA basketball game all in one???)

5 dimes has changed. Just got off the live chat with a manager. Fees for Western Union and Money Gram are no longer fixed fees. It used to be $30 for WU and $70 for MG (yes, $70 for a freaking payout. one that they cap at $850 to begin with. That's almost 10%!!). Now they depend on how much you request, which makes it $10-$15 more for WU and a little less for MG. Kind of sucks, because WU was a good method to get $950 for $30 fee, but now I just paid $40 for a $750 payout. Pisses me off. I didn't even get a notification email or message. Had to find out when I went to request. Should have some sort of messaging system once you log into your account.
Also, the "free" payouts have changed. Now you only get a free payout once every 30 days if you haven't gotten ANY payout in the last 30 days. So basically if you got a payout 29 days ago, even if you paid fees, you're not getting a free payout. My last free payout was 2 months ago, but since I just paid $57 in fees 25 days ago, then I cannot get a free payout.
So all in all, the fees are going up and the free payouts are going down.
I just got off of live chat with a manager who explained that there are some other options available, including a "debit" option. I'm awaiting the email explaining that.
I'm also going to switch from "reduced lines" to the cash back on losses program. You cannot parlay or if bet reduced lines, and that is a big inconvenience for me.
Hope this helps. Might shop around for another book.

Live Chat is horrible most times. They dont explain things and take FOREVER.

It's a lot of nonsense. But for me.......they are the only game in town. They pay......within 24 hours. The wagering options are unmatched....for Americans. I like Legends. They pay.......next day also. But the options are pathetic. No rolling if bets. No LIVE WAGERING. They are not a 24/7 shop. I am "stuck" with 5Dimes as my primary out.

I think I am as well. I wish I could start my own sportsbook. It would be Grade A all the way around. You would think that it wouldn't be so hard, but it is.

Anyone else experiencing delays with wire transfer withdrawals right now? I requested a wire transfer before x-mas and it was in my account in less than 48 hours. I was thrilled to say the least.
Now I've requested one, 7 days ago, and they're saying it takes up to 7 business days. Just hope they aren't trying to cover up processor issues like they had a few months ago. If it's here within 7 business days (tomorrow) I won't complain as they did state that on the second day, but if it's late and they didn't tell me I'm going to be pretty unhappy....

The only problem ai have had is if you call in for lines too many times they will not give you them over and over which in a sense I understand if your acct does not have much money avaialble.

I've never had a problem with payouts or customer service at 5dimes in 13 years. I'm pretty easy to satisfy and a straight to the point kind of guy though. I've hardly needed CS except for payouts and most of them have been fast and painless via live chat.
