I hope this deters new customers from joining. They are so unprofessional in almost every way! They made a 240 dollar charge on my account and gave me 20 bucks.... Any way here is the chat by the end I swear the guy was trying to push my buttons or something. So pathetic

5d2060804: well ultimately its up to you obv... Though I can admit I got out of line, I had reason to be upset the staff over there has blundered more than once on me. I have spent a decent amount of money with you guys so when I am told one thing and another happens it can be really frustraing

If i was tony i wouldve done the same thing. Never cursed at anyone and i treated the staff with the same courtesy that i'd expect from them. Blame your own anger issues.

Hypocrites are everywhere, he is an azz after you are an azz to his people, yet i would wager a large amount, Tony the Tiger and/or his people have been rude an disingenious to people in their lives, nobody in here as never swore at someone okay.  You don't need him, Costa Rica shops are are all over the internet, you can fina another an dbe playing within an hour, move on.

Tony is fair to you if you are fair to him.  This is my experience.  DONT try to get over on bad lines that you know are bad lines.  Dont get drunk and curse out his employees.

Dont try to scam or scheme him and he will treat you respectfully.  Been with that book for 10 yrs.  I love the book so much that when I see what I know is a bad line I dont dare play it because it's not worth the potential hazards.  Dont mess up a good thing.

Tony is the KING of all Offshore AZZHOLES. Period.  BAR-NONE.

I went through this about ten years ago with this Tony cockroach.

Best thing I ever did was tell Tony he's fired and zeroed out my 5 Dimes account.  NEVER again with that AZZHOLE.


Heritage and BookMaker suit me just fine.

If you don't know what an obvious bad line is you shouldn't be betting. A bad line is something that is nowhere close to the real line. Like a -3000 as a +300. Or a +17 mistaken as a -17. Crap like that. Or past-posting. Which is betting on something that is already over or well past started and accidentally still posted on board.

Tony did what I would have done.  He is in the most ideal of situations... sure he has competition and he knows that... but he does not need to take any garbage from anybody that is trying to screw him over, or somebody that gives his staff a hassle.

He can simply tell you to take a hike, and he plays that card often.  Good for him.

He has always been professional from what I know
