It's a complete disaster trying to withdraw. Put in for an $1100 check request four days ago, which was denied per management decision. Then, I was told half the amount I requested would be sent to the card I deposited with. Asked why I can't get the rest of the money on the card and was told they don't do payouts to cards and that I would have to use Bitcoin (never used before). Started that process and was told they needed phone verification from me. I called and waited 2 hours before someone picked up. I'm sure in 48 to 96 hours something will have gone wrong there as well.
I took a wire last wk for almost 5 figures. And another check for 3k. No issues. They stopped processing checks as of today so your only options are e-check, bank wire or bitcoin. I put in for an e-check (which they just started offering as a withdrawal option). First it said it failed because of their processor so they resubmitted it. Then today it said it failed because my bank declined it. My bank took the wire but not the ACH payout? Maybe because the ACH transfer was from a foreign bank? I don’t know what the problem is there. Or if it was my issue or theirs. I have another wire now in processing. And need to take 1 last one next Thursday. Praying these go through. I mean they should bc the last one did. Wires are only available to you if you’ve had 3 courier check payouts so it sounds like most of you need to learn bitcoin if you don’t know how - and the wait times on there are apparently awful.
Yeah I’m starting to get a bit worried , hoping they don’t ask to send in documents as I’ve already done that and the address I have on file I wouldn’t be able to send them a current piece of mail ... I’ve heard certain ppl they are doing that but possibly just new players
