Whatsup guys. To anyone using dimes. I put 300 into an account with them few weeks ago .. Luckily I got it up to 1500 on some nice World Cup dogs and over unders. I'm looking to take out 1000 and leave 500. They said they can do a check. Do you guys recommend a check? Or WU? Or money gram. And if check is the check safe ? Any opinions would be deeply appreciated. Thanks

Both options are legit but try the money transfer first and see if it works for you since it would only 1-2 days. If your name is blacklisted than a check should take 5-10 days to arrive and they cash in about a week. I've never had a problem cashing their checks.

A check is the way to go. When you get it, deposit it into your bank using the atm machine if you have that option. I've used this method for quite some time and I've never had a problem

I would proceed with caution in regards to a check at this current time.
I have had many checks from 5dimes over the past few years with no issues as far as delivery and clearing my bank.
However, I just got a check about 2 weeks ago. The delivery was Fedex in 3 days no problem as usual.
When I opened the check there was also a slip of paper from the company(in Canada) who issues the check that stated to cash at a major us bank to prevent any delays. It also said to expect up to 30 days for check to clear and funds in your account.
This was weird to me because I've never seen this or had an issue with the Canadian issued checks that they provide. So I went to the bank(Biggest US Bank) and they scanned it like normal then told me it would require special processing with a $40 fee. Not to mention 2 to 3 weeks to be processed.
bank on check was bank of nova scotia if that means anything. Also, you can't use ATM because the routing #s are different for Canadian banks.
Good luck whatever you decide but until they switch banks or check processors then you may be in for a lengthy delay.
Still waiting for my $ as we speak

i also had a similar issue w/ the canadian check but i think there was just a delay for the first check. the second check cleared a lot quicker.
i've found the debit card funds application (DFCA) payout to be the easiest and cheapest.
payouts have an escalated fee:
$15 for $100 up to $500 $25 for $501 up to $1000 $40 for $1001 up to $2500

YIKES!!! I just recieved a check from fedex same thing came from canada and says Bank of Novia Scotia just like yours. HOWEVER- I did not recieve this extra slip like you did about going to a major US bank and waiting 30 days for the check to clear……
Now I'm nervous! Did you cash or deposit it? I plan on going to the bank today to cash but after reading this now I'm nervous!

Yes, mine finally posted to my bank on the 29th day after I first went to deposit it at my bank through collections. Horrible service but I am glad I got my money. And to top it off I was charged an additional $30 after $40 for international collection fee.
