If I ask this question to ten different customer service reps at 5dimes, I'll get ten different answers so I'll ask the forum and hope for a straight answer.
If I request a withdrawal via Moneygram, can I pick it up anywhere in the US or can I only pick it up in the state that they have on file in their records? I'm traveling a for part of the summer and don't want to go through the hassle of dealing with 5dimes to change my address.
I know on Moneygram's website it says you can pick the money up anywhere in the US no matter what state it's sent to. However if anyone can fuck this up or make it difficult, 5dimes will find a way to do it.

It's funny you bring this up as I just went through this last month. Mine was with western union but I assume it's all the same. I thought like you and assumed I could pick it up anywhere but when I went to pick mine up in a different state they would not let me. They said the sender has to make a note that you are picking it up in a different state. 5dimes might give you trouble when you ask to do that but make sure you speak to a manager and they should do it for you.
