Question

Any reason to use a solid online sportsbook over a legit local in another state?  I&#x27;ve been playing online for years with Betjamaica,when they were open, and Bookmaker without many issues. Over the past few months i&#x27;ve been using a guy referred to me and prefer his deposit and payout options vs the bs online hassle you can run into sometimes.  Haven&#x27;t had any problems being paid, but he does live in another state and i&#x27;m wondering if playing online is the preferred option by most.

Advantages of online:&#xD;&#xA;24/7 wagering&#xD;&#xA;No "douchebag" hassles of dealing with idiots&#xD;&#xA;No risk of getting stiffed (IF you use a reputable sportsbook) I have been stiffed by locals in the past&#xD;&#xA;No shading of the odds (I realize some sportsbooks also do this, but not the same degree)&#xD;&#xA;More options for wagering&#xD;&#xA;No wagering on credit (YES I list this as an advantage, and the more experienced sports gambler will agree)&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Advantages of local:&#xD;&#xA;Cash business with no paper trail&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;To me the choice is obvious

Legit local is much better and people get stiffed all the time from so-called legit books

Local is way better. a bunch of local have online sites set up for 24/7 wagering.  I would trust a reputable local over some body in another counrtry I dont even know.  As far as chaning the odds on the game,  there are 2 to 3 point differences amongst those off shore places all the time. Besides, some time you on the right side getting the extra points or laying fewer.  Having 2 or 3 locals to line shop is even better when possible.  seems like the choice is pretty clear to me
