What is the very best discrete way to go about finding a local bookie. I'm moving to South Alabama Baldwin County soon and I don't have any contacts down there at all.
Here in Central Mississippi there are several places and it's a small place so you pretty much have an idea of who to talk to and build a parlay relationship with.
My thoughts were go to the local sports bars in South Alabama and try to find some guys paying attention to multiple games and strike up a conversation. Is there any place on line that advertises it in a discrete round about way? Craigslist? I don't know lol
If anyone can be of help send me a private message I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Go to the local Horse Racing Track. Also ask the VIP Manager at one of the nicer gentlemen's clubs in town, I would be shocked if he couldn't point you in the right direction.

Best way to find your scam local when he owes you and disappears? Now that's not easy. The pph sites they use and keep changing on you don't give you any info on them. They use throwaway prepaid phones, they have young punk stooges drive them around for peanuts, they never show you any kind of ID when you ask them. Despite all that I'm closing in on the mutha fker that owes me and some friends of mine a decent amount. It won't be long now Mr. Greendot.

It is so fucking shameful that the US govt drives its citizens in to these types of situation to put a few of their own dollars on a fucking football team.
Unreal. Gotta go whisper around corners, take safety chances, get screwed out of money etc....
What a fucking free country we live in.
Support your local animal shelter. I am on twitter.

Although I agree most on the internet will scam you, I have actually found 1 guy who will pay, others owe me thousands. I am in the hole about 25k over the past few years of stiff FKUC "locals" not paying. They all claim that players scam blah blah blah then they dont freaking pay. it's ridiculous no honest pricks anymore. I'm looking for someone reliable as well nfl starting and i like to have multiple outlets, I'm definitely a line shopper.

The scams go both ways, players and books. As others have posted, the guy you know is less likely to be a scammer versus the guy you don't know. I take action locally and rarely run across a complete stiff. Action via covers is the opposite. Some guys might take a few months, but they settle. Something about being locally labeled a stiff and the option to sell the debt for pennies on the dollar (what happens after that aint my problem). I also play during football and hoops. I've been with the same guy for years. I met him through friends who vouched from him. Long story short, it takes time to find someone good, but when you do it can be one less headache.

i met a few of my locals at poker room. i used to spend a lot of time playing poker. i got to know people that i actually interact with. i met a sushi restaurant owner that introduced me to his guy. i felt pretty comfortable dealing with that local after eating lunch at that restaurant and the owner vouch for him
