Betjamaica didnt pull out of US market, Betjamaica closed and merged in to the Greek.

Then, the Greek closed to US cumstomers.

I just transfered my account.  This is friggin awful.  The industry is really looking bad for all of us here in the US guys.

I never thought betjamaica would leave along with thegreek.  I always felt if the 2 of them left the industry for the US is done.  There is no way I will keep large amounts in any online book now after this.

Bet Jam did not 'leave'. They are completely closed down, period. This has nothing to do with the US market, merely a business decision.

Now I cant even contact betjm. This should have been a process that was laid out over 2 weeks. Then players would have a good option and idea of what they are going to do.

What sucks is that I just withdrew 1K yesterday and now I can't contact them to ask them about it. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly. The remainder of the balance has been transferred to Heritage.

since they arent taking US postup any longer they consolidated the remaining to the greek who actually owned betjam. 

no reason to run 2 books if your out of US post up market

bro I have seen you post several dont worry about it bull shit sentences in many different forums this morning. are you fucking kidding us all or do you work for a book. thegreek along with their sister company betjamaica was the most trustworthy out there. the reputation they built helped build their customer base very strong. if they are closing then be prepared because they have info. all of online sportsbetting is about to be eliminated...

Gator, I saw one of the best books go down many years ago and everyone said the same  thing: THE SPORTSBOOK INDUSTRY is done. Here we are still betting offshore. I don't work for a book, I wish that would be a dream come true. I have been playing offshore since 2000 and I have seen many books go under, this is not a big surprise especially when you have books processing CC in the US. Best of luck to you all.

well at first I was in favor of Lou's thread  not letting us promote a local  but now I really don't know any other way.   their is no way anyone can convince me any online book is solid..   First my all time favorite for 15 yrs VIP.COM   now my 2nd Favorite  BetJam   and third Greek...  na na forget about it..   Just hope I don't get my legs broken  going to have to be real careful  and never chase... Dam!

Seems the with what happened to the poker sites is destined to happen to the online sportsbooks.  Never thought I would see the day when betjamaica and the greek were done for the US customer.  They were by far the most reliable books out there.

If you transferred your funds to heritage you should be able to request a withdrawal through them free of charge.

The Greek will be out of business if they stay out of the American market. Read somewhere that 65% of their clients were American. No way these Caribbian books survive without US palyers.
