Question

I opened an account with them roughly 2 summers ago when I went back to Ohio for vacation for three weeks. I only deposited a couple hundred dollars and lost it and haven't used until two Sundays ago. I realized their was a $50 free play in there. I used and and lost.

I then deposited another $100 last Saturday night. Turned it into a little over $4000. Waited 7 business days for the deposit to clear. I requested a Moneygram payout this morning then got an email stating this:

Hi Tony

This is Allan Kam from Player Services,

I hope you are having a great day,

This email its to inform you that your payout request has been cancelled. Because you need to wait 30 days in order to be able to request a payout since you took advantage of the 100 % Promotion .

Is stated on the Bonus Rules :

No withdrawal can be made for 30 days after the bonus has been credited to your account

My question is how am I supposed to know when this free play was credited to my account? I obviously didn't read the rules. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm probably just a dumbass.

There is nothing in their rules stating I have to wait 30 days after a bonus is received.

Saw your post in the other thread but I honesty try to avoid taking a bonus due to problems just like this. Most books give you trouble when it comes to bonus's, not just betonline.

But I would have to assume the freeplay was credited on the day of your deposit. Check your account under the "calculate rollover" section. If it is 0, you should be set to withdraw 30 days after your deposit date. But I would call them to make sure. Good luck.

Thank you for the response. I called and talked to a guy named Steve. He was very cool and helpful. He looked into it and said there was an error. They had put the Free Play in there on October 4th. I never asked for it. But it was over 30 days so he said I'd be good an to try again. I requested the same payout an it got cancelled because now my credit card deposit was less than 7 days.

I'll try again later this week and hopefully it works.
