Hi, my name is Tony and my money disappear from Betonline. I contact
them right away when i found out that my money was gone $1100. They said
that I played around 2 Am, but that's when I was already asleep. The
next day was my school day, so I had to be in bed early to wake up for
class. I took a picture of my transactions around 8PM almost 24 hours
after when when my money disappeared. The only transaction shown was a
debited 50 buck to live casino and CREDIT me back 50 buck live casino,
but nothing about $1100. So where did the 1100 disappear too? I did a
live chat and chat to one of them about my money missing. They told me
they will investigate about the missing money. When they got back to me
they told me that I play live casino abd the IP address came from the same device I use, but I
know for a fact, I did not log on at 2 AM. I have talk to them many time
and I been asking for the manager twice already. They told me 24 hours a
manager will contact me about the missing money, but never had one
contact me. Instead, they just end up sending me a email about it was
someone in my family or someone I know that was using my account, which
doesn't make sense, because I am the only one that knows my account and
password other than Betonline employees. I know they are in the wrong
because they are trying to give me $111 (10% of my loss) to keep me
quiet. At the bottom thats the email the manager send me. I will send
the picture of the transaction once you guys respond.

Does anyone know anything about betonline ag? I bet on a 15 team parlay & I won for 7500. I always double check my teams before I hit confirm my picks. Now, there was a switch of 1 of my picks. Has this every happened to anyone before? I played a 7 pt teaser on cin/hou under 51...After I won, they told me I had ov 36! Bullshit! They switched it on me in the system.
