I just joined friday and hit a parlay yesterday... I tried calling in the last 10 minutes... computerized recording said all circuits were busy each time..  was going to take Tampa Bay -1 for 110 .... oh well... hopefully they win still.. maybe i can get them in the second half and they will be losing slightly.

I called around 9:15 and they took my bets over the phone.

I called, and they told me that they were told from their support people that it would be up in 10 minutes, and that was over an hour ago.  They were frustrated too, but I guess people can act, too.  Just have to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I'm withdrawing my money and going back to another book.  The other book charges some fees that piss me off when I try to withrdraw, but atleast their sit works... i'll pay fees to support a working site

BetOnline also charges fees for withdrawal.  Unless you withdraw from 9AM to 12PM on Fridays.  For a one time withdrawal where they give a $50 discount on the fees.

X, yup.  That was a new change.  I think it used to be that you could only withdraw by check once per month for free.  The last I checked it was $50 off.  Too bad it costs $241 for a $2500 withdrawal through Western Union.  They have an ACH (bank wire) option, which costs from $25-$75, but I've been waiting now for 3 days, and I have heard nothing.  Just hoping they don't shut down before they send me my money.  Haha.

So is it $50 off of any withdrawal on any day or just on Fridays?

First off, I'm sure BetOnline is crapping in their pants over the money they're losing on the NFL bets they're not booking today. Second, it makes a difference if they just screwed up anticipating the traffic from NFL bettors, or if this is a Denial-Of-Service attack on their webservers. Depending on what happened will determine if I'm going to go elsewhere.
