BetPhoenix Customer Service is Horrible

I'm very frustrated with BP.com and their new changes. I put my money in this book because of the low bet minimums and bonuses. Now, both are bitng me in the ass. I'm a small time gambler so I do like $2-3 bets.

Now they've raised their wagers to $5 minimums. They've done so for awhile. Despite that I've been able to get smaller wagers in. Now they've shut that out completely. I've tried multiple explanations to find out why I was able to do this before but no one there has any clue whatsoever.

Now all I want to do is take my original $100 deposit out forgoing the rest of the money which i swear some books allow you to do. I can't even do that. I sent an email to Richard but I doubt he'll even get back to me.

I want my money out of this book. Do any other books have lower bet minimums?

Bet Phoenix seems to be in trouble.  Richard stopped responding to e-mails months ago.  I also constantly get phone calls from Jay Galloway asking me to deposit.  Made off with a few grand from them, probably will never be back.

Hi Richard........I would term the new site design so so.  A couple of things.....1) Is it possible to have the current balance appear on all pages and not just in figures (if you are making different plays you have to always go back and see what is left), 2) Current balance should be what is available to play and not include the "amount at risk" number.

MRSARATOGA,

We have to go about re-establishing a lot of the old "value added" UI to the new system.  This will take a little time, but will happen.  I will see if these two items you have here are quick and easy fixes to the back end.

Richard, I appreciate the response although nothing is happening yet. I'm heavily leaning towards taking my money and leaving anyways. I just have a sour taste in my mouth from you guys.

See, it's been days and nothing has happened. I'm assuming Richard's a higher up and yet it hasn't been changed. I really want my money out of this book...I dont care if I get the limits lowered. This is pretty sad customer service.

Why would anyone want to bet less than $5.00 on a sporting event anyway? I bet at least $25 on a single game and $10 on four team parlays. Maybe you should not be betting at all if you are worried about adding two or three dollars to your bets.

Betphoenix is a horriable site. And there Live casino is a SCAM. just like there cashouts. Good Luck

No one seems to know what is going at BP anymore - they used to be much better than this. Richard is doing all he can from I can tell - but the owner Dino seems to be the one who is messing things up.

A number of staff have left abruptly over the last month - they are saying they have not been paid by Dino - but Dino is saying the staff were fired due to theft - so who do you believe?

So this has left the current CS Team under much more pressure - and why we are seeing some of the issues now.

The slow pay is a result of BP losing a few processors who Dino says took there money - the Korean investors he has are reluctant to put anymore money into BP as they are not happy with the previous investment into the live casino - which they had hoped other sportsbooks would pick up - but to date have not - and has cost a small fortune.

Saratoga you seem happy with Richard & BP - and have many cotnacts in CR - what are you hearing on soem of this?
