I got a few checks from them in 2008, but they do make you jump through hoops.
Can't really complain because I got my money. But they did figure me for a chalk player and move the lines to reflect that.
I use BetUS has one of my books, they payouts are extremely fast and legit. The lines on the other hand are HORRIBLE...they inflate their lines and if you gamble every day you are actually losing a lot of money. If you want to bet big on that website it is not the way to go, they are good for 100 dollar bets. Their customer service is much better than before. I used to use them back in the day, hated their inflated lines and I moved to 5dimes. Recently went back to them won some money and they cashed me out. They also gave me 4 free withdrawals via MoneyGram and a free $100 freeplay with only 3x rollover which is nothing, I do that in one day.
All that said, 5dimes is still a much better book...not even on the same map. BetUS has screwed many people as you see and try to give you bonuses so you lose all your money before you get it.
