BETUS Payment issues

Question

Trying to get paid from BETUS I realize that there is another thread on this forum about this issue. Bottom line I put in for a 4 digit withdrawal 2 weeks ago and I have not received a payment from BETUS. Everytime I call they tell me it will be paid shortly. The reason I am starting another thread is for suggestions/success stories and what I should do to try and receive my money as quickly as possible. Thanks for any help in advance!

i got 1 better and im kind of worried. requested w/d in january, they said it had to be bank wire/ach so i get on the phone with my banker and he gives all the routing number info etc. money doesnt get sucked out til feb 4th. i call yesterday and tell them i havent gotten it yet and they say to send a copy of my february bank statement showing i havent gotten it yet. i obviously cant get that statement til early march.

is there only proof of me not getting payment from them, me sending them a copy of my bank statement? this was a max $$$ withdrawal so thats why im worried. any help? i still have 5 figures in my acct and im worried.

My withdrawl is also a max 5000 and it finally has a "paid" status after a week of waiting.   Now how long will it take to hit my bank account????   I&#x27;ll call them daily and keep firing email messages at them like I did last week!   What else can be done really.........

they are saying my bank statement doesnt show enough informationno idea where my money is b/c its not in my betus acct and its not in my bank acct

My personal experience with Betus has been all in all a fairly smooth sail. I understand its not a simple process getting my money into an offshore book and back again and problems do arrise but I have never failed to get paid. In regards to this mystical "Processor" that gets blamed for the delays it is understandable, since the direct credit is not actually a bank wire it is a direct deposit much like a business check. in order to send and recieve our money discretely they must go threw a 3rd party processor to facilitate the transaction. do you really think it would be easier to get a 3 day bankwire from panama with no flags raised or questions asked by your bank? Its not Vegas fellas as frustrating as it is to not get paid within days of the request I have had over 20 payouts from bet us and all have been paid. the quickest being 3 days and the longest being 6 weeks for which I was awarded a fair donation of freeplay for my troubles after some discussion with a supervisor.

Facts are every book has had payout problems and will likely continue to do so untill our government lifts the ban hammer on online gaming. In the meantime we have the option of moving to Vegas or waiting patiently on our money from off shore services. If your story is that you have been refused your payout i put forth this question

Q: Did you take freeplay? you should be aware at this point you will need to do a set amount of action with the book before you can request a payout. Their part of the deal for offering free bets on the house. Hopefully you hit your rollover before you break the bank.

ha, yes i have hit all rollovers. im not getting refused a payout, they are telling me to send a bank statement showing proof i didnt get paid. this cannot/should not be their only way of finding out where this payment is. and my bank statement evidently is not sufficient because this particular acct has no activitiy in it for the month of february.

i used betus for years and never had a problem, but up to this point my acct had always been a "recreational account", now i have about 15-20 dimes in there and this is the first time ive had problems so im concerned

BetUS is one of the biggest books in the industry being with them since 07 I know that January and February have always been rather slow months on their part for payouts. My only assumption is they receive a larger request for payouts around the Xmass/New Years period and then another influx immediately after Superbowl. Like I said before I have never failed to get paid. if they are requesting a bank statement from you this would meen the money is tied up at the 3rd party processor phase. If would suggest you sign up for online banking with whatever bank you are with and take a screenshot of your current balance or account activity. Have you called and asked to speak with a supervisor yet? Again our governent is throwing so many wrenches in the wheel of the online gaming industry at the moment it is appearing harder to get money in and out as a result.

I had an account created last year but never used it and now Im being told that I can't play unless i'm referred by an existing member. I played on bookmaker instead but have had a change of heart.
