bookmaker 20 days, still no check

wow this is bullshit.no tracking number, no information AT ALL. they just said "please wait 15 business days"im like cmon.. can you at least tell me anything? they said "call back after 15 busines days"and thats it. nothing else. i feel like theyre giving me the shaft here. usually takes 3 days max. ive had friends who withdrew last week, and have already gotten paid by check.

so i called back today, and just hung up with them.

they are basically saying im SOL.

after 4-5 calls with them, every single person said

"after 15 days, money will be put back in your account"

i talk to the supervisor today, and she said "we cant cancel the check. we will do no such thing as putting the money back in your account. what can we do to make this right? do you want some free play? do you want a free withdrawal next time?"

she also said "this processor is in bulgaria. it takes longer than usual"

i was like "WHY HASNT ANYONE TOLD ME THAT before? youre telling me this now after i wait the 15 business days?"

supervisor said they will get in touch with the processor and get back to me.

i threatened with a chargeback, and she said she will have to close my account than. like i care.

Processor issues happen often with the hoops they have to jump through to get checks made and sent to the US.

Don&#x27;t EVER EVER EVER request a check as a payout method.  Bookmaker has some terrible banking vendors when it comes to checks.  Use another method and you&#x27;ll be fine.

ALWAYS use moneygram or WU and NEVER use pay by check method. i had the same problem with Betonline.ag and waited forever before they finally sent me the money thru WU instead and said there was an issue with their 3rd party check processor. All offshore books have 3rd party processors as to cover their own fools since it is illegal to deal with US customers. Why not just pay the small fee to get money transfer person to person? 5dimes offers one free payout per month anyways. and so do most books.

agree with the others ......request a WU and you will get paid lot faster. yea it costs more but it is worth it.

if you request by check you will wait for months .......literally. i learned the hard way ...............
