Been using Bookmaker for several years now and have never ran into any problems. A big reason why I play here is for the quick payouts, but this past experience has me questioning them which is sad.
I currently have two back2card payouts that were approved and processed on March 1st and 8th. It is now march 25th and I have not recieved any payments yet. I have contacted them many times checking in constantly, but they keep telling me that their 3rd party processor is going through updates and it has delayed payouts for a few weeks. I have also been getting answers saying it's holy week so the payments are being delayed due to that as well. I can't really complain too much because they have always been good in the past, but I am getting frustrated waiting for money that should be in my account already. Anyone else having problems with payouts from bookmaker? I've been reading a few things that make it seem like a few people are experiencing the same thing.....

They told you it was because of holy week? Hahahahaha. Diamond Sports book (BookMaker/BetDSI) are the absolute worst. I requested a pay2card payout last month and it took 11 business days to get to my card because it was "chinese new years". I made a thread advising people to get all of their money out of Diamond sports book asap and go some place else. They shut down all bitcoin payouts for everybody yet they still take bitcoin deposits. The amount of lies they've told me on the phone is absolutely ridiculous. With the problems 5dimes is having and Diamond sportsbook and the FBI investigation into WU being used by offshore sports books causing all bookies to stop paying out through WU I'd say it's only going to get worse.
Also this whole bank statement issue is a delay trick that BM/BetDSI will pull after 10 business days or so they can act like they are trying to figure out why you haven't gotten your money yet. I argued with them on the phone about it, I said why do I need to give you copies of my bank statements in order for you to request the trace ID from your processor so they can track the money? Your processor knows where the money is with or without my bank statements as they can track it....but BetDSI said I couldn't get the trace ID so I can track it myself by asking my bank where the money is if its in their system unless I gave them my bank statements which makes no sense. I had to "prove" the money wasn't in my account before they would ask their processor for the trace ID to see where it is lol.
Stay away from BookMaker/BETDSI!

To make matters worse, I'm waiting on 2 payments and both are over 2k so it is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. I don't doubt I'll get the $$$, but the fact it has taken a month is disturbing and waiting on TWO payments that were both processed a week apart is frustrating.... sorry for the rant

If you didn't read my earlier post they told me the same sob story last month when I got a pay2card it took 11 business days and they told me ofc it was tax a maximum of 7 business days but it will be in my account in 3-5. They told me there was a delay only after I called in for like the 5th time that it was because of "chinese new years" because their processor was in China. Which is complete bullshit because I lived and taught english in China and commerce is the absolute #1 priority in China no matter what time of the year it is.

this is incredible...i just joined a week ago because of all the good things i heard about this place...was gonna join five dimes but avoided this site because of all the tony posts...now someone says they don't take bitcoin withdrawals, which was gonna be one of my options, my first being the debit card they issue...i'm hoping this is an isolated case, but it doesn't sound good
