i have deposited at bookmaker via check nearly 6 weeks ago (that is when the placed the funds in my account) and i have run that deposit into a sizable amount. i tried requesting a withdrawal a couple weeks ago and they said the check still hasn't cleared on their end. i called my bank where the check was drawn on and they said it cleared several weeks ago. now i feel like i'm getting the run around because it seems like everyone i've talked to this whether on live-chat or on the phone, tells me something different in regards to the timetable it takes for the check to clear. why would they put funds in my account if a check hasn't cleared yet? they could at least make it a little more clear that if you deposit via check, that i will take such and such amount of time before you can withdrawal. now i have to wait at least 2 more weeks before i can even request a withdrawal and who knows if it will have cleared by then and even if it has i'll have to wait another couple weeks to be paid. i like how they can immediately take my money, but then when i ask for money it's like pulling teeth, even from a so-called "reputable" book.

you'll get paid...it's Bookmaker, they're the real deal and have no history of ripping players off. But do yourself a favor and don't make deposits using a personal check. Send that same money through Western Union and save yourself the headache

thank you, kaufee, and noted...i would normally have sent via western union but this deposit was a larger 4 figure amount and not one that could be done via a couple wu deposits. had i known this was going to happen i would've sent several wu deposits, but i'm sure that would've raised a flag. oh, and it was not a personal check. i should've specified that. it was a cashier's check drawn from a top 3 bank.
