to my knowledge tracking numbers are not given anymore by any book,  i know heritage didn&#x27;t provide any, even when i contacted them

hey chemist,&#xD;&#xA;bookmaker has been slow this year. I requested a check a couple of weeks ago and it took only about a week to get. They do not use tracking numbers. You have to sign for it or fedex wont leave it. I left my signature on my door. The problem is i went to deposit it via atm and it was declined. I havent gotten a chance to go into the bank yet. The check is from canada and I dont know what the bank will say. Last year I used their debit card with no problem. It expired in august and now they are not sending me my replacement one. Something about a bullshit processor problem.It sounds like horse shit to me.

Bookmaker used to be my favorite book.....however, they are bottom of the barrel now. I paid $65 for a check to be sent to me within 7-10 business days

that was 3 weeks ago. now when i get on there live chat (i dont even think they have a phone number) they hang up on me . they have hung up on me 3 nights in a row because they cannot answer my simple questons about my payout

this is an F rated sportsbook in my book now. all they give me now is lies, runaround, and stalling. i just hope i get my last payout from them so i cna move on to a better book

Bookmaker does give tracking numbers (I get them from them all the time). However, I am also dealing with a slow payout. I requested a check on Nov 3rd and still haven't received it. I contacted customer service and they said there are no problems and to check back soon for the tracking #.

What's weird is I requested a check in October and received it within 3 days. Maybe they're having some sort of an issue, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have been with this book for 10+ years and have never had a payout issue and have absolutely never been stiffed. But, this is the longest I have ever had to wait.

i have a pending payout from november 3 that i have not received . they told me they do not provide tracking numbers. that is the problem with all these books. depending on what day it is and who you speak with determines whihc lie you receive

there live chat has now hung up on me 4 days in a row because they cannont / do not want to answer my questions about my check

like where is my check ? it has been after the required timeframe to receive it .

I requested the check on nov 11 and got the tracking number thru email on nov 22. I tracked the shipping and it says it should arrive this thursday. The problem is that I don't know I should deposit the check into my bank or just cash it in the cashing agent.

The money you guys are requesting for these payouts are peanuts to them. It has to be a processor issue if it is taking that long.

here is an update from my check that i paid $65 for them to send to me within 7-10 business days.......i requested this check about november 3

yesterday they told me they were having problems with the processor and they cancelled my withdrawal and put all the money back in my account. so now , if i want to withdrawal it i have to go through the whole process all over again. absolute gargage. stay far , far away from this book

Tell them, No, Demand they send it to you western union and they pickup the fees, explain to them this is the least they can do for ,making you wait almost a month.

But, I&#x27;m gonna cut them some slack, It&#x27;s tough to payout U.S. players. They need to jump through several hoops, thus forcing them to go through various processors. Sometimes, unexpeceted sh!t happens. They were very professional about it. They phoned me, apologized, offered me a free payout and asked how I&#x27;d like to receive the funds.

Kaufee, you are correct that it is tough to pay US players. i am aware of all the issues........However, what pisses me off about Bookmaker is all the lies, run around and stalling they give you .

Depending on who you speak with and what day it is determines what lie you get. you get a different lie/excuse with every person you speak with

if they would just tell me the truth i would not be upset with the wait. it is just total BS everytime i am on the chat line with them

I received a check from Bookmaker the other day.....i deposited it in my bank yesterday. My bank told me it will take 3 days to verify funds because it is from Canada.

i will be absolutely shocked if this check is good.....will keep you posted

The deposit wnet through and i received my money.  however, i spent alot of time on the phone and chat line to do so
