I&#x27;ve never had any problems in the past..i have 5 grand coming to me, im hoping this wont be the first problem i have..there has been a few people having these issues with bookmaker and thats concerning because usually where there is smoke theres fire.

I have had many problems in the past receiving payments from bookmaker.  They have changed big time from what they once were.  Definetly better books out there than them.

They are slow paying the crap out of everyone. You guys aren't alone. Once an A- book for me. I've down graded them to a C+.

I can understand processing delays than involve bank drafts, ACH and Bank Wires payments but when when Money Gram and WU payouts are delayed somewhere between 48-72 hours then you got some serious bankroll issues.

I requested a payout last Thursday for $5000..they broke it up in to 2 payments, one for $3000 and the other for $2000..after only three business days the $3000 payment has already hit my banking account, much quicker than i expected. I had one very slight problem there about a month ago, i requested 5 grand and they broke it up in to 2 payments as they did this time, the first payment went thru in a few days and the other one never came..after about 10 days i call and they tell me the other processor couldn&#x27;t find a match for my banking information, they were apologetic and sent me the other $2500 the very next day thru western union free of charge so i dont even consider it an isssue, but i do hope it doesn&#x27;t happen again this time.

I was paid within 3 days on an ACH last week. Concern is justified with all books in this environment, but Bookmaker is better than most. The panic sweeping this board can only make things worse.

I think the biggest problem for Bookmaker is the fact that they changed their payout policy, they went from 7-10 days guaranteed to 7-15 days, when people see that it doesn&#x27;t look good, perception plays a big role in choosing who people do business with..people might see that change in policy as a sign of instability and might want to send their money elsewhere.

i always like bookmaker.... great customer service... fast payouts etc., but i just can&#x27;t stand .20 cents juice on baseball... their lines are a rip off IMO

Last week, was told 10-15 days for ACH but it most likely would hit my bank account quicker than that.........they were right, took only 4 days....no problems.

wow I am still waiting. they took the money out of my acct on march 15th and still nothing in my bank acct? I call everyday and said they are taking longer, this sucks. I guess we are used to getting our money fast.. is anyone else having the same problem??? and thanks to all that has responded.

Has anyone ever used their bookmaker points for cash payout?  It says I can use 16000 points for 1801 to 2500 cash payout is this true?

&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;i used to get points there until they cut me off, but yea thats true, I compiled quite a bit of points and exchanged them allin for cash and they were rewarded for me.

I&#x27;m now waiting on 13 business days for ACH. It was taken out of my account on the 13th, two days prior to the poker mess. i wonder if it got mixed up then. I&#x27;ve only contacted them once.  Will update when i get it

I have one pending as well. Requested it Wednesday night. Will update once it hits or don't in the coming days or weeks! With the Poker melt down, I'm expecting it to hit within 3 weeks since I've been through the Netteller fiasco before. The fast payout probably will not resume again until football season if ever for most offshore books.
