They accepted my horse racing bet. The time it was accepted was 5:16. The official time that the race went off was 5:21. My bet won and should’ve paid me $220. I was waiting for my payout. I finally checked and it said unsettled bet. I contacted them and asked what happened. They claimed that I made the bet two seconds after the bet window closed, even though the system said successful bet confirmed. I even showed them the screenshot. They refused to honor the bet that was successfully completed by their system. They’ll never get another penny from me. Thieves.
