Let me start by saying that in 6 years......Ive never had a problem getting paid with 5 dimes. Not once. But I am tired of the service. On Saturday I was given a Moneygram name for deposit. It was 1 first name..........1 last name. I received it from livechat. I sent the money. I called it in. An hour later........I checked the account. No money. I spoke with Customer service. I was told that I made an error. There were 2 last names. Ok an error was made. I can deal with that. But this customer service douche named Max......gave me a lecture, berated me, and basically spoke to me as if I were 4th grade illiterate. Not the 1st time that they acted like clowns AFTER they made a mistake. I used to be a Betjam member. I just activated my HERITAGE account. 5 DIMES will never see another penny from me.

5dimes is an excellent book but they clearly have some customer service issues. I've noticed this more and more over the past few years. In your case, I would advise against using live chat unless you absolutely have to. If you need a name for Western Union or Moneygram, you should call and after they give you Juan Lopez Garida Sanchez, read it back to them to make sure it's spelled right. One letter off and it won't go through.

That is why I always used livechat for the deposit info. It is easier to copy it. I can barely understand the majority of the customer service reps. I figured less problems using Livechat. This way nothing gets lost in the translation. Glad to be rid of Dimes.

heritage customer service always good. reps are always friendly
Heritage is unfortunately one of the few excellent books left. If they shut down, I think my online gambling days are over. I said the same thing about BetJamaica, but luckily a quality book like Heritage bought them out.

i've used the deposit page through the cashier always, and only had ONE complicated name. i called them for some clarification, they told me to "start calling to receive the names" and gave me a new name.... and they messed it up. so basically 1 for 1 when i called in that there was an error. never so through the computer..

I will take rock solid rep, easy payments etc over any simple bad experience with a CS rep.
for the record, I have done business with 5dimes for many years now, and no significant issues at all. I have sent cash dozens of times, and I have received cash at least a dozen times. No issues.
I have said this here before, and it seems it NEVER gets any play... because nobody meantions it at all. Read closely you ass clowns and LEARN...
