Is it just me or does anyone else feel getting screwed using these guys? I just recently switched due to the whole TD GM Visa garbage and haven't had anything but problems. Their customer service takes forever to get back to you and the phone number doesn't even work! I just withdrew using bet365 and now can't even login into the website as it says my username or password is wrong. Like seriously WTF!! Thoughts?!

I was going to use them but they didn't seem to have much of a reputation or any kind of positive feedback about them. I read one bad post about them and decided against it. If they don't have someone live you can talk to that is a bad sign there. Keep us updated on your situation and hope it works out for you.

I have had no problems depositing through them and I can sign into my account. Never made a withdrawal yet but yes, the customer support takes them like a week to get back to me.

Well here's an update. It took them about 2 weeks to get back to me and fix my account. Terrible customer service. The good news is I successfully withdrew money and got a check about 3 days later. The problem?..It takes 30 days here in Canada for the check to clear and the bank haven't really ever seen a check like it.
TheBall..trust me it's amazing how easy and quick it is to deposit. Yet when you want to make a withdrawal seems like it takes forever to get your money. I really miss having them just put it back on my TD Visa but I guess those days are over. In addition the check comes in Euros so I lost about $20 in conversion and all.
They do have a debit card that I have requested where you can withdraw from a local ATM the money you have in your click2pay account which is really my last alternative. Since I deposited using click2pay, only way to get the money is through them which really sucks. But I guess this debit card better work or I will be looking for a new book.

Thanks for the update. I was leary of making a withdrawal through them when I seen the check was in euros from europe. 5Dimes makes you withdraw the same way you deposited the first time so I think im going to just withdraw the minimum 50 bucks to click2pay than send the 50 bucks off to another sportsbook where i can make a withdraw via check for the first time. From what I see at legends they dont have click2pay even as a withdrawal option but have it as deposit so it appears ill be able to withdraw with a check from them. Ill just bite the bullet and look at the 50 bucks as a fee hahaha
