Thank him for losing my business.  I'm not Rockafella, but I would have brought at least 3-5k each NFL and MLB season as a starting bankroll.

Instead they credit me with $100 free play money I won in a contest, find a loophole in the contest with how much they gave, WITHOUT TELLING ME void all my bets and decrease the money, then DENY voiding my bets, all while being about as rude as possible.  Phil came out not only as a jerkoff, but as a wannabe Mafioso hack working an organization out of a rat infested Queens basement.

All over 75 "who gives a shit" free bucks that I wanted to use to manuever through the site for the AFC/NFC champ games and Super Bowl before I joined for MLB season.
