We can wire.  We also offer person to person, checks, and e-wallets where applicable.
On free account promos we require ID to fight off account multiplicity.  Some other forms of payment may require this as well depending on what the processor requires of us.

i would also suggest updating your system during a down time for wagering...i cannot log on right now and i want to bet on late baseball games  and cannot log in

same thing with me..I want to bet on the late games and cannot log in either.  They are telling me i need to call in over the phone, and I do not want to do that.  I want to place my bets online.  That is ridicolous for the site not too work right before the late baseball games come on.

I'm having some trouble making bets on Opera. Whenever I enter a number for risk/win I get some sort of NaN.0 error in the other window and it won't let me put the bet in. Works fine in IE so it looks like something to do with how the coding works in Opera.

couple issues, first, when i look at my pending wagers or my previous bets, only part of them show up.
second, and the biggest problem, i opened up my acct. this morning, and my acct. had been zeroed out   i contacted livechat at 9cst and they said they would pass it on to IT and it would be resolved in an hour.  logged in an hour ago, and still not fixed, and now they're saying they're giving it to IT again, and i'll have to wait 24 hours for it to be resolved

Similar issues here, my balance is different every time I log in?? Does not give me much confidence in the system.

I have a question concerning the 10X rollover rule.  If i was to bet both sides of a game.  And the wager was 10 to win 9.50 on both sides, wouldnt this count as $20 worth of wagers?..Would you be allowed to do this?

same here...would make me quite worried if I had had a large amount of money in my account and that was happening

If you guys do run into issues like this, go to the standard Betphoenix site and make the plays.  They are updating the new engine based on your input on the go.

My account got zeroed out also. Same $0 on the old site. Chatting with them now.

They said, " thats an issue that we have in using the new engine and the old one. let me send a ticket to the IT dept to fix your balance. it will be fixed within 24 hrs. yes sir, you just have to wait till it get fixed."

Hmmm? 24 hours. Not good. Glitchy. But I do like the new engine. But the odds are still some of the worst among the books.

been about thirty hours since i noticed was first zeroed out, and and now it is still zeroed out, live chat just keeps saying they'll have IT look at it

i'm sure it will be resolved soon

We will resolve the issue for you asap.  Our programming team is in Singapore, so there are some hour differences.  Your original 50 has been reset.
