I received an offer to use ach and deposit for the first time 1/15. Made 18k in profits in 7 days. Found out from savings account ingdirect.com that my checking linked will take longer to transfer. So I called on the 1/21 to explain the situation and offer to use different account so funds could clear and they told me everything should be ok with the other account and to call back on after 1/24. I called today and management told me my winnings are forfeit due to insuffient funds after I called in advance that this might happen and wanted to use different account to cover the deposit or taken out of my account. Can they do this? cause they wouldn't work with me after spending thousands of $$$ with them and being with them since 2005. I need help or if im screwed. Account balance was 21K as of this morning.

I had a similiar thing happen to me....Not with as much money but the same out come...I deposited a 100 dollars...built it up to 300 and had a parley that would of paid 1000 that was pending at the time but winning by a lot....I went on to place another bet because my parley was winning and my account was closed...I called...they send that someone with the same name is banned and they thought I was that person....even through the only thing we had the same was our name....Different state....birth date.....etc THEY ARE CROOKS.....I guess the other guy said he had a gambling problem...so they kept telling me I had a gambling problem

I don't get how everyone piles on sportsbook.com. I just made another withdrawal via the new ACH option and within 10 days money was in account.
They may pay a $200 payout for you, but this guy is talking about thousands of dollars and although you should never leave that amount in one account and should NEVER use Sportsbook.com, I could see where you would trust them after being a client for 6 years.....but they are crooks.

yeah I'm "pwned" alright. This dude is on his 3rd post and has an obviously photo-shopped $20,000 balance on a betting ticket as his avatar. My withdrawal was only for $2,000, not his imaginary $20.000 but it will have to do. Oh yeah and this guy bounced his payment which caused his dilemma. Yeah I'm "pwned"!

Sportsbook.com is the absolute worst sportsbook to deal with, they are 100% crooks. You would think they would be the best since they're publicly traded company on the London stock exchange but no. Worst thing is they can get away with it....

4-6 weeks to process bank wires and checks now. So you have a 2 week waiting period to get it to the processor and 4-6 weeks to process? So now a total of 6-8 weeks before you see any money??? She is a Supervisor and the only one with true customer service training. She felt bad about the wire delay and sent me a MoneyGram in 2 days which all supervisors have the ability to do. I would call her ext 2033 and request a MoneyGram. Hope this helps.

I remember winning just a few hundred bucks once and requested a check. Their check ended up bouncing and they had to resend me a check. I asked them what about the NSF fee I incurred for your bounced check? I got nothing. They are crooks but nothing you can do about it.
