They do not honor bonuses that they claim they will provide.
They will get as technical as possible in order to avoid honoring the Promotions they offer. I dealt with Warren there. He was rude, had a tone, argued with very little sense, and constantly changed his "rules" throughout our discussion.
This man argued with me over a 15% freeplay bonus, which in my opinion is about the weakest bonus available already. It was my first week with this site and he is insisting I have to email for the bonus.
NOWHERE on the VISA deposit page does it say email in for the bonus. It just says enter the promo code, which I did on every deposit. I asked Warren why my initial Free Play bonus was placed in my account without any email or phone call having to be made but now I had to on the reload?? He just says rules rules rules...
OK Warren, why are you willing to BREAK your rules and honor the reload bonus on the smallest one of my deposits but not the others? "Because it's the closest". But the others were mad the day before and the reload bonus should be honored on all deposits. "the rules" he says.
But Warren, you just broke your "rules" and gave me the free play from one of the deposits, you should honor your reload bonus promotion and put the free play for all of them. "NO, thats not happening" says Warren.
A little arguing, I tell him to close my account, he then calls me a "shithead". I say what was that Warren? You want to start talking now? "No, no. I said have a nice day"
Awful customer service, first book I've ever closed due to a genuine unwillingness from the book to make things right. Every book I've dealt with over the phone always value the customers action and understand in the long run they are going to usually come out ahead anyway so whats the difference on honoring all the bonuses they usually try not to honor. But not Warren at Betonline. All he wanted was to be right and lose a customer, so I have to share my story quickly with my fellow gamblers. Good Luck fellas.
