First of all, I like Heritage a whole bunch. Never really any problems to speak of and fast dependable payouts.
Today I contacted Heritage to get a name to send a money transfer to. The rep, George, gives me a name spelling every name out. I spell it back to him and he confirms I have it right. An hour later, I check my account and still no money. I called and they tell me there was a problem with the spelling of 2 of the 3 names. What? I explain that I spelled it back to George as I always do. I ask for a manager and I get Gabe. Gabe places the blame on me but says he will listen to the call. He also said no one called me because they were too busy. I explain the game starts in 15 minutes, I am heading back to the transfer place and want it processed ASAP. He said it has to be placed in order but if they screwed up, accounting will give me a free play prior to the game. I corrected the info and then started to chat with Alex. Alex said Gabe listened to the call and there was no error. He said Gabe would send me a copy of the call. I then called Gabe. I am told that he stepped out and will be back in 15 minutes. I ask for another manager. Gabe then is miraciously back. She tries to put me on hold but screws it up. I then hear my voice on the call that Gabe is just now listening to. After about 2 minutes, he gets on the phone and says they made a mistake and put a $50 free play on my account. I said that wasn't worth my time and inconvenience as I missed the start of the game and the under 28 for the 1st half. I asked who his boss was and he said he was the owner. I question him on that and he starts backtracking. He starts off having Alex lie for him because he didn't listen to the call as promised. He then lies saying he is the owner. Gabe is a complete pompous jerk and he has now lost my business.
