Question

Remember last year around December 15th Heritage gave out free plays to the "valued" clients.

Has anyone asked their account manager about it this year? People on chat say they don't know but inquire about it again in a few days.

Read on SBR that they may have something in the works but they won&#x27;t announce until right before Christmas. Honestly, I could care less about receiving a gift from them. Lines are good and I&#x27;ve never had problems with max payout requests. That&#x27;s all I need. Plus, if you&#x27;re playing a lot the cash back every three months is a nice perk.

Wasn&#x27;t able to get a definite answer, but only to check back right before Christmas. Whether they are a solid book is not the issue. I think it important to be consistent in showing client appreciation.&#xD;&#xA;With that being said, I think they will do something....especially when they send their spy to read this thread

they announced it todaywhen you first login watch the banners that appear on the homepageit says double the loyalty reward points for all of december and a blackjack tournament each day from the 15th-25th with the one on the 25th having a bigger prize pool and 5 winners

yeah kind of disapointed. I was hoping they were going to do it as I had just joined with them last year and they threw me $50. To echo what the dude above me said they have been good and paid well. My only complaint is they are having issues taking my card and I have been having to pay more to deposit with them. If they get that fixed I will go back to them full time.

They are having issues taking a lot of peoples cards. I went and loaded my card now can&#x27;t even get a bet in. Wish I knew that they were having issues and I would have used another method. I agree with the person above me they are disappointing right now. The annoying thing is they are trying to blame this on us. I attempted the method 3 x&#x27;s now I have to wait and the act like it was my fault that I kept trying because I could see money in my account and understand that the problem is not me

dont kno how anybody can complain about getting double points in december...unless you dont wager but 5 dollars a game...i will get easily at least 200 bucks in points and their is no rollover on it you can cash out as soon as its in there...just another reason heritage is the best

honestly I don&#x27;t see how you can say you will get $200 easily. As far as I understand it&#x27;s just what you bet in December. that didn&#x27;t show up well. the 1836 is full straight, the $8,386 is half eligible and the $10,171 is fully eligible parlays, $97 is the total payout. I think around $10 of the $97 is for December and my understanding is just what you earn in December will be doubled which means $20. I could be wrong and hope I am.

They are having trouble with poker room right now. Customer service said they weren't taking any new players "until further notice"...I followed up with "will it eventually be fixed?"...and their reply was "Not until further notice."
I am not sure what this means exactly, I just found it a weird response to my question.

I&#x27;m sorry, i love heritage, but double rewards points for those playing actively in December is NOTHING compared to rewarding big players who have been active ALL YEAR with $500-1,000 cash.I wasn&#x27;t even a big time player last year and they gave me around $200.I&#x27;ve put someone&#x27;s kids through college with what I spent there this year and I was expecting a BIG cash bonus.  Hopefully they&#x27;re just waiting till X-mas day.Even GT bets whom I&#x27;ve only been with for 2 months gave me $100 cash and a 50% bonus on my next "holiday" deposit.

I agree its a little bit of a slap in the face given what they did last year.

And it downright pisses me off that they're trying to pass double reward points off as a Christmas gift. Clearly it is designed for players to play (and lose) more. I mean since when is 10% of your juice back for one month the same as a gift based on how much someone has played all year (or for years)?

Moving my business away from heritage in the new year. They clearly aren't focused on taking care of their vip accounts any more.

Funny thing is this guy is mocking losers, the only reason books can pay anyone. A book full of winners doesn't stay around long.

But no, the point is I'm a big time account. I played at 5 dimes previously. They didnt do anything special for anyone. Heritage did when I started there. I know in the big picture $750 is nothing when you've lost the mid 5 figures. But it makes you feel appreciated. A promotion begging you to play more when you're at your limit for the year is a huge insult to a losing player.

And from a business standpoint it doesn't make a lot of sense to me either.

Plus they have tournaments for free all year long. I won a golf square pool and a $2000 free play in their weekly football contest for going 20/20.also received $50 free plays a few times during the year for simple things. They are as good as the Greek was.

I agree with kdawgy. If heritage never gave out bonuses for last year christmas, there would not be no complaints but since they did....the double points comes across as a step down.....dating high maintence women are the same way...thats why you never buy a very expensive gift the first time if you will have trouble being consistent.....cause if you go cheap, then the female will feel a certain way about it.....

Again, the issue isnt whether heritages is a solid book....we just expect for them to be consistent in giving out the awards....thats all
