Heritage did they said that To receive a check you need to go cash immediately it's only been 3 weeks as I was out of town I'm Vegas so I just got back Monday and only use my checking acct for emergency I am a cash person check cleared tues I made those deposits into heritage as stated so yesterday I get a call from wells Fargo saying heritage closed the account of whichever processor they were using. I am currently holding 2 other checks as I received at the same time but apparently they are good to go. Heritage claimed that I waited to long to make the deposit haha since the industry they are in they currently change and close accounts daily which makes sense but was never told to cash it ASAP. They paid me for 4 overdraft fees which was bad check the 2 pending deposits I stated and another purchase I had pending and will do so until I receive 8 western union checks as I told them I wanted those to assure me those were not going to bounce. Heritage were very rude about this situation and played the part as I was the person responsible I don't know what there deal is as of late.

Chef I take the cash out and place it in my safe only use my bank account for bills and deposits im my book as stated.

Wizard no harm no foul I was just pissed at the whole situation as it was not $40 we were talking about and trying to help others out from future problems lets just hope they keep to there word. I have no clue how wells Fargo pulled that but they did and I thought I was as good as gold until last night! How would I go about sueing them haha I mean it just raises a flag against me you know bouncing a random check of that amount this is what I do for a living.

Their customer service was always very courteous and polite until recently.  When I was attempting to have my issues resolved, which were with the inability to get on the site to deposit and wager, they were also very rude and the problem also was not caused by me the customer.  If you are looking for a good secondary drop me a PM.  I'll recommend my secondary which is quicker with payouts and much more courteous lately.  As I said Heritage used to be #1 until last month.  Now I won't be using them for awhile if at all.

Pm sent! Funny thing is I have my own account manager as a VIP player with heritage and he avoided this whole conflict after promising me nothing to this nature would ever happen!

Ok I sent you that friend request so once we are friends I can message you back.  Funny thing is about a month ago before this started I was on here defending Heritage!  Then I started experiencing the same issues and problems as many others.  I think they are on the way down.

That's strange, I have received numerous checks from them including 2 last week and I checked my bank and they both cleared with no problem. Not saying you are lying, just not sure the story was as simple as you make it sound.

I'm happy for you gopher and quite frankly i really don't give a shit what you believe!  I'm stating what happened and to help other people before so  they get into a book that was great but now is nothing but shit!  I'm not here for a cheerleading squad or for someone to feel sorry for me because i really do not care whom believes me or whom does not!  I'm stating pure facts!  Believe what you want to believe, i don't want your approval and i sure as hell didn't ask for it!  So unless you are me, which you are not,  then you really have no clue what happened!  If you still love Heritage,  hooray for you!  Judge what you will!  Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one!  But opinions or assholes don't change facts!

 gophernation 12 don;t waste your time arguing with these clowns...heritage is one of the top 3 books period...i have been with them since october of 2001 and never had any troubles...it so sad when people come on here just to put good books down because they are not happy with there services or because they want this book to fail....they just mad because heritage want put up with there BS....AND the facts are for US players it don;t get no better than heritage sports...

LMAO   This is too much,  what am i doing here?  I am not wasting anymore of my time with a couple of heritage assclowns!  I do not owe anyone any explanations or defences!  I am the one that knows what happen with these jackasses closing my account for stating my opinion of a once prominent book and now sewage dump!  Believe whatever you want people!  I was just a regular guy giving you the heads up on a book that i had adored and defended for years but now see them and call them for the scum that they are!  The facts are as they are and the suckasses are as they are!  Good luck with whatever you choose!  My life changes nor benefits in anyway either way!  I have better things to do then makeup stuff or waste my time trying to show complete morons facts!

I'm with you my dude.  As you know I shared the same negative experiences with them over the last month or so.  Others can state whatever they want but as you said each player has their own experiences.  If others are having a good experience good for them.  But please don't try to say their is a back story or facts aren't being provided to support our negative experiences.  The facts on my account are nobody else's business.  Mac and I and others are just saying we shared similar negative experiences with them over the last month.  Heritage supporters accept that and move on.  We don't need to be clowns because we have different experiences than you.  Give it a rest and good luck

  why all the anger brother...mac316 i see why heritage wanted no part of you...just take a look at your attitude toward things ...i would not want to deal with you either brother...weather you like it or not we are reaping the rewards from one of the best sportsbooks in the industry...they closed your account because you were acting just like you are acting on this message board..maybe if you showed some respect son you would still be with them,,,so stop being a hater and go find you some other low rated book that takes a few months to get you your money ..why we get the fastest  payouts in the industry with great CS 365 24/7 ...
