Stay away from Heritage! They have the worst customer service and payouts. I requested a $1,500 payout to my 7 Cap Card in January and by the time is was added, my card had expired at the end of the month. Then they had me fill out all of the paperwork for a new card and said it would take 14-21 days to be received. It has been almost 2 months, and despite my weekly email follow up, they have said the entire time that there is no update and "sorry you just need to keep waiting" and "we can't make them do their job." I'm not asking for anything unreasonable but it doesn't even sound like they have made any attempt to follow up with 7 Capital to give me an updated timeframe or an explanation for the delay. They refuse to reissue the $1,500 via another method, and at this point I don't ever expect to receive it. My advice would be to stay away and avoid the frustration of dealing with their lazy, incompetant customer service and limited payout options.

Rob, do you use a credit card or checking account to fund your bitcoin? And what wallets do you use? Curious. Do you put in a wallet, and then another wallet and then into the book? Thanks.
