First off I like Heritage and they treat me fairly. There have been headaches, but most of the time they make good on stuff. This time I was disappointed at their answer. So a few days back the Blazers and Clippers were playing. They were scoring on a pretty good pace, so I took them live, I think it was at 98 and on Heritage live, it said there was 4 and a half minutes left in the quarter, seemed reasonable that they would hit the 111.5 over so I bet it. I got up and changed the TV to the game and it showed 2:09. In the time it took me to get up and walk 10 feet, nearly 3 minutes of just game time had elapsed, the under hit by 4. I was looking at their site tonight and noticed the time jumping minutes, a couple times on one game from 3-6 minutes. I called them, asked if it was theirs and they said yes (books many times will say live betting is 3rd party, no control) both guys I spoke with. Only after explaining did they say it was 3rd party and said can't guarantee anything, bet at your own risk. Just posting this as a headsup, not bashing. But it's not a great answer to say sorry not our fault. I took a video to send to them, they didn't care to see it. Just be careful with the live betting.
