I'd say they are all in same league or better than Heritage.

deezy stop it ,,, the only people coming on here crying is you and mackey...besides the 31 post guy that yall all of a sudden railled behind...looks like one of yall hired him to complain about heritage but all the real players know that heritage is a state of the art facility that employs dozens of the industry;s best customer care workers ...sportsbook review named them sportbook of the year for the 8th time in the pass 15 years and the off shore gaming association said they never have no pay complains and is has rock solid of a book in san jose costica has there is....they also allow OSGA complaints with top customer service management level....and there most common complain is there live chat line is not open 24/7....the other books you named or ok but none them are in the same class with heritage,,maybe GTBETS is distant 2nd ...and pinnacle is would be close but they stopped taking US customers...CANBET would be on the level with heritage but they stoped in the early part of the decade taking US clients....

if yall want to get back in with the best in the industry just call them ..tell them that yall made a big mistake,, that you are the best sports book on the plant ..no one esle even really compares and i want to play with the best again...i am so sick and tired of playing with these slowing paying or no paying books with bad service...i wish i would never left yall because now i see what G12 and laffayette kid are talking about....right now yall are the runaway

UL-Kid you are too silly my dude I'm done going back and forth with you after this post. People are popping up here on a regular basis with Heritage complaints including bounced checks, closed accounts, site issues and you choose to defend them every chance you get. It's obvious that you work for them. Your statements saying that Pinnacle is a close 2nd is ridiculous. The Greek, Pinnacle, and the old Bet Jam were all known as the best books in the industry and it wasn't debatable. 5 dimes was up there until their recent issues I'm hearing about. Heritage wasn't even rated an A book until recently, which I'm sure will be going down again. I was a long time player at both pinnacle and Bet Jam and Pinnacle (and from what I hear The Greek too) were by far ahead of Heritage and it really isn't even close. Just page back and you can see more and more complaints from former players at Heritage.

And once again, not sure why you can't comprehend this, I still have an active account and Heritage so you don't need to make a call on your behalf as you say. I choose not to use it because of constant site issues and customer service that continues to go downhill. Maybe I will try them in the future again to see if they have improved but it's doubtful as I'm getting all I need from GT.
But if you give me your employee ID # at Heritage I'll let them know you are doing your job! You are defending them like no other every chance you get! Well done!

If I try another book again it will most likely be Bet Islands I am continuing to hear great things about them as well!

FYI

here are countless threads just from this site the past couple of months on site issues and payout problems. The best sportsbook in the industry would not have these ongoing issues for 5 months now if it was indeed the best. And it's not just Mac and I with the complaints. I'm not in any of these threads.

dezzy...when you are the best in the industry you will always take darts...if a account was closed it was becaused someone acted a donkey,,,the best book in the bussiness holds no prisoners dezzy,,all sites have sites issues from time to time but like i told you in another post heritage has several back up sites plus phone wagering and many other options that are to many to name...the other books you named do not take US clients anymore ...we are talking about the best book that takes US clients,,,heritage sports

make no mistake about it...i page back and all od the complains was from new posters with under 30 or so posts...i had a account with VIP and plan on using GTBETS has my 2nd book for the football

season,,,and you may not want to admit it but i know you will be using heritage if only for your 2nd book because you and mackey really knows that heritage is the bomb....thanks for telling me about bet islands,, if i open a 3rd book i will go with them....GL luck to you and mackey

Just because people don't post here doesn't mean their complaints aren't valid. And no all of the complaints aren't with people under 30 posts, which means nothing anyway. Some of those posters that posted complaints here have accounts over 10 years old here longer than you and I so I'm not buying the excuse either. They have no reason to lie. It's ok to accept that Heritage isn't the best in industry you can do it.

Gtbets also has wagering over the phone and mobile options so that isn't anything out of the ordinary.

Good luck with your future wagering. I've actually heard more positive feedback about Bet Islands over the last 6 months without complaints than Heritage. But like I said I understand you are still doing your job!

Whatever dude, i really could care less if you play with yourself or with Heritage! Just don't think it is appropriate for people that have stock in Heritage to be poisoning normal players minds with a load of horseshit when trying to make an educated decison! That is all, there is no more! I will listen to the deceit and whining no more!

a crucial part of any successful punters strategy is having acess to as many sources as possible ...careful shopping for the best possible numbers often separates the winners from the losers ..we know

heritage sports

to be one of the most respected sportsbooks in the industry...and even though we cannot be personally responsible,,,we feel very confident in highly recomending them to the readers of this forum....GL mackey....

Sounds like GT Bets is a book I should look into. I haven't heard a bad thing about them.

Bet Islands I'm not sure about. I can't guarantee it but I think they are connected to 5 dimes in some way. That is a book I choose not to use if at all possible.

As for best books, in my opinion the best books I ever used was CRIS and Jazz in the early days with Greek and Pinnacle being great from open until leaving the US market.

Agree with you on staying away from 5 dimes. I hear nightmare after nightmare about them on a daily basis about them. I'm going to do some research on Bet Islands and see what I come up with. For sure check out Gt though it would be a good secondary for you if you are still using Heritage.

That is funny. I used to be a huge Heritage supporter too until some poor experiences within the last couple of months like I stated (also wasn't my fault).
