I just made a post about this as I am on 13 business days. I contacted Heritage several times trying to get a tracking number as I am leaving the country I live in for the Holidays and wanted to make sure I had someone to receive the envelope, but Heritage says they cannot provide it to me, as the vendors do not want clients calling them to check on the status of the envelope. I was told the vendors use Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL as shippers. Tonight I contacted all 3 of them and they did searches using my address, and all 3 of them came up with nothing. This is now a very sore spot with me. Also taking up to 15 business days is ridiculous.

Will do. I have been with Heritage for a number of years, and have been there biggest supporter, but this situation where you cannot even get a tracking number has turned me sour, in addition to the fact it takes up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS to get your payout. This is ridiculous. Another thing I might add is you can follow the process of your payout on the Heritage website, but why does it take so long for the payout to be processed by Heritage? I requested a payout by money order on Dec 15th and the website still shows the payout is pending. I believe Heritage and the vendors they use are using our money instead of paying it out immediately. I wish Heritage had a advocate we could go to on this site when problems arise. I know they have one on the site across the street. where I used to post.

Urbanwildlife: Seriously? You request a payout by check two weeks before Christmas and wonder why the mail is late?
Christmas has nothing to do with it, as the payout is not being shipped by US Mail. A delay of a day or two is also understandable, but you are talking 13 business days, and you are talking about a 2nd payout that is still pending at Heritage, so it has not even been sent to a vendor to payout.

Go the Bitcoin route. Open a wallet at somewhere like Coinbase, Snapcard or Circle. It takes less than a day to make the request and receive your money. I don't know why people still deal with paper checks. Just dumb in my opinion.

I am not sure how Bitcoin works but I am going to learn. Much appreciated your feedback!

Been hearing that Bitcoin is the answer. I am completely baffled by the process. I guess its time that I learned.

I certainly understand your frustration. I went ahead and requested a check. Hit a little streak.......and now Id like another payout. Im hesitant to request another check. I want to make sure that the 1st one goes smoothly. Im going to try and figure out Bitcoins.

My BIG BIG suggestion to you is get a payout in money orders. I have always received them within one week. Today money orders were received at my United States office that were sent out this past Friday. On the other hand my check has not appeared and it is now the 14th business day.

I just want to ask you a question about heritage sports money gram withdrawals.
Have you had any issues with it ever? I remember seeing you posting that you have never had any issues with withdrawing $$$ from heritage via money gram, as long as you stay under $400.
Is this still the case?
I have a friend who setup a heritage account, and he's only got about $824 in there and does not want to deposit a a check in his account from another country. So he'd rather just pull the cash in small amounts via money gram. His plan is to take out about $350 at a time. Biting the constant $45 fees, ....obviously he stands to lose about $120 in fees (doing one transfer a week of $350, 2-3 times), before getting the cash in his hands, but it's the safest
What do you think about this?
Do you think he may end up getting black listed from MG with these low amounts?

Frankie I have been with them since the dreadful day my Greek and Betjam accounts were transferred there..... Thank You Spiros by the way. They are a top notch book right along wit Betdsi I have never had a problem getting paid with either book. Heritage has some nice betting options buying and selling and Betdsi has no collars on your action. Friend request me and I will give you a few heads up with deposits and withdraws

If you take a money order payout from Heritage it is sent to you through Priority Mail with the money orders blank, and it does not have to be signed for upon delivery but it does contain a tracking number.
In my case, my mailbox sits at the end of my driveway, and despite the fact the postal carrier scanned the Priority Envelope as being delivered it was not. The day my I was suppose to receive my payment a substitute carrier was working, and on this particular day, December 30th, I got no mail delivered, and my neighbors on the right and left side of me got no mail. Our mail is the last stops on the mail carriers route, and it is my belief that the carrier was in a hurry to get home, and threw the mail in the garbage. I contacted Heritage to see if they could check to see if the money orders were cashed or not, and they told me they have no way of checking, as the money orders that are distributed as payouts come from customers who deposit money using them, so I am out 5K. I suggested to Heritage that they should in the future require a signature upon delivery, as they do with Cashiers Checks, but I felt they took offense with my suggestion, when there response to me was, "from now on you cannot use this type of payout". It is rather unfortunate, as I was just trying to better protect us clients, and protect Heritage from having to deal with any issues from clients in the future who have similar experiences as mine.

Additional info: When I checked at the Post Office the clerk who knows me well told me many times the route carriers on in a hurry and will scan envelopes and packages all together so to save the time of having to do it at each mail drop, even though this is against the rules.

I never went the check route but my friend received one once and reading the travel receipt was quite comical. The check was overnighted go like 10 different places different countries then finally to his address. I have no clue why they did that probably to mask to and where it came from but it got there after a while. I will never do the paper route, either debit card funds application via 5dimes or finally take the dive into Bitcoin cuz the timeframe is almost instant , 1-2 days is insane in this industry. And high limits too. Andddd can make it near anonymous.
