The solution to your problem is as easy as obtaining one of the allacess visa debit cards from bank. Here in the south they are easy to find at the major grocery stores and they don't charge you for loading either. They sure as hell don't ban you for loading it. Take it home, sit down in front of the computer and enter the amount you wish into your account and give her hell. Go to bank.com to find a store close to your location. This eliminates standing for hours in WalMart to send money and then told your banned. Take your withdrawls how you wish.
