Let me start off by saying I had an issue with DSI in the past and had a negative balance their, and no longer played their. In December I signed up with Justbet and made a plastic deposit. A few weeks later they close my account and say they will refund my deposits due to my issues in the past with DSI. Anyways I wait 2-3 weeks nothing. 1 month later still no refund and everytime I ask about it I am given a different excuse and they tell me to wait. After 45 days I've had enough and I keep questioning them and get nowhere. At this time I log in to my DSI account which I had not used in over 3 months and I see a cash in deposit about a month ago. 4 days after JB says they refunded my deposits their was a deposit to my DSI account with a similar amount to the refund I was owed. I confront them about this in chat and speak to a manager who dodges every question and simply keeps telling me to wait and I will eventually receive the refunds when in reality no refund was made. It has now been almost 2 months and no refund has been made to my account.
So to summarize instead of refunding my deposit they transferred the money over to my DSI account because I had a negative balance on it at the time.
