I have gotten recent calls offering 100% last few weeks and I needed a third book, so I bought back in 300. After money was deposited I realized my bonus was not added, so I called and talked to some guy and he said he would take care of this. I was pressing the deposit, because I had the bonus in my back pocket to play with and lost it and went last night to bet the bonus on the late game and it wasnt there. I called and they were closed for the night and turned around and called this morning and they werer closed again. I finally got a hold of them and they told me they will not honor my deposit.
My and extension 310 were in a normal conversation, until she told me the manager would not give me my bonus and will not. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the last person to talk with and no one higher will talk to clients. She counteroffered with if I deposit today she will honor my last deposit and this deposit and I said why would I deposit again when you wouldnt honor the first one??? She goes on to say she is busy and has to go and hangs up.
I call back and talk to a gentleman and he says there is no manager there and tells me he can get me 30%. I told him that was a start but I was still looking for my 100% that was promised. He understands everything and I told him if they can play that game and screw me then I can do the same and put stop payment on it, but as my previous account shows, I have been loyal and not done that and dont believe in it. He comes back and said due to manager discretion we closed your account. this come out of left field as the guy was polite and everything was working. He hangs up and I call back and talk to another rep and they said your account was closed and I asked Why??? He quotes "Due to manager discretion" bye....
This is a shit book, so stay away far away....
The only thing good at this book is Stephanie Wynters and she is a class act and should be working at a lot nicer book and deserves better than this grade F book.
