As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Kentucky had been contemplating legalizing sports betting, but legislation hadn't been officially passed at that time. States across the US have been considering or legalizing sports betting after the Supreme Court's decision to allow individual states to legalize it in 2018. I recommend checking the most recent news or the state's legislative updates for the current status of sports betting legalization in Kentucky, as it might have changed since then.
