Heads up so nobody else has to go through this. Received emails from BetMGM $50 Bonus bet and 100% Match Deposit up to $500. I did this directly through their email twice. Both times I did not get any Bonus bet or any match on my deposit. Contact support and a complete run around. Be very careful as they play games with geo locator so they waste your time sending you different states an our complaints are discarded.

Unfortunately this seems to be more commonplace now. Same thing with Sugar House- signed up with them as first time customer and they lied about 100 percent match bonus for first time customers. Cant even reach customer service. Just that useless bot generated bullshit that doesn’t ever answer your questions.
